Returns

Returns are subject to approval by Mile End Office Furniture.

An invoice must be shown as proof of purchase.

All returned goods must be unused and in a saleable condition.

Mile End Office Furniture reserves the right to levy a restocking fee.

The customer is responsible for the costs of returning the goods.

Exceptions: Custom made products

Please ensure you receive a written quote and possibly drawings of any items to be custom made. Thoroughly check over the quote to ensure items are correct in measurements, colours etc.

If there are any discrepancies, please notify your salesperson immediately. Once satisfied the items are as you would like to order, please sign the quote as confirmation. Mile End Office Furniture will not proceed with your order unless a signature is received.

Unfortunately, once the items have been made to your specification, we are unable to accept any returns.
